Responsible Service of Alcohol
Gillen Club Inc requires all staff to be trained in the Responsible Service of Alcohol to be able to identify customers to whom service may be refused; prepare and serve alcoholic beverages responsibly; assist customers to drink within appropriate limits; and assist alcohol affected customers.

The Club’s policy is to serve members and guests with alcoholic beverages in a professional, responsible and friendly manner. The Australian community and governments take alcohol-related issues such as drink driving and violence very seriously, and so does the Gillen Club.
